Payments shall be paid via credit card, without demand, on the 1st of each month and will not be prorated. A $20.00 late fee for each month payment is past due.
518 Student Storage, LLC will not store couches or boxes weighing more than 35lbs. Access to your personal property is prohibited until such time that delivery is complete.
You represent that you own or have legal possession of the personal property you are asking 518 Student Storage, LLC to store.
You agree to not store anything valued over $250 cumulatively, computers, cellphones, electronic equipment, drugs (illicit, illegal or prescription), illegal items, explosives, anything flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, hazardous or pollutant, jewels, furs, heirlooms, art works, collectibles or other irreplaceable items having special sentimental or emotional value. 518 Student Storage, LLC reserves the right to open and inspect any item.
Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create any liability on the part of 518 Student Storage, LLC for any loss or damages to your property regardless of cause. 518 Student Storage, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of or damage to any personal property resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to theft, mysterious disappearance, mold, mildew, vandalism, fire, smoke, water, flood, hurricanes, rain, tornadoes, explosions, rodents, insect, Acts of God, or the active or passive acts or omission or negligence of 518 Student Storage, LLC, it’s agents or employees.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 518 Student Storage, LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, fines, judgments, penalties, costs, liabilities, or losses, any and all sums incurred or paid for settlement of any claim, consultant and expert fees, lost property, personal injury, wrongful or improper sale, removal or disposal of abandoned property.
518 Student Storage, LLC reserves the right to assume ownership of any abandoned items left without payment for 30 days, at which time this agreement shall automatically terminate. If a cost for removal of any abandoned items is incurred, said cost will be considered an ADDITIONAL CHARGE and shall be payable IMMEDIATELY.
NO BAILMENT IS CREATED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 518 Student Storage, LLC EXERCISES NEITHER CARE, CUSTODY, NOR CONTROL OVER YOUR STORED PROPERTY. ALL PROPERTY STORED SHALL BE STORED AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
518 Student Storage, LLC does not provide any type of insurance which would protect your personal property from loss by fire, theft, or any other type of casualty loss. 518 Student Storage, LLC strongly recommends that you obtain insurance. You agree not to make a claim against 518 Student Storage, LLC ’s insurance in the event of any loss. You agree not to subrogate against 518 Student Storage, LLC in the event of loss or damage of any kind or from any cause.
In the event 518 Student Storage, LLC retains the services of an attorney to recover any sums due under this Agreement for any unlawful detainer, for the breach of any covenant or conditions hereof, or in defense of any demand, claim or action, you agree to pay to 518 Student Storage, LLC the reasonable costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees incurred in any such action.
518 Student Storage, LLC shall not warrant or guarantee that any financial information (credit card, checking account) will not be stolen or otherwise compromised. You waive and release any and all claims or actions against 518 Student Storage, LLC for damages arising from the use of said information by others.
Climate controlled spaces are heated and cooled depending on outside temperature. These spaces do not provide constant internal temperature or humidity control. 518 Student Storage, LLC does not warrant or guarantee temperature or humidity ranges in the space due to changes in outside temperature and humidity.
518 Student Storage, LLC may use electronic mail (email) for suitable written notices.
